Terms of Service

Briefant turns meeting recordings you upload into structured documents. By using Briefant, you agree to only upload recordings you have the right to process — including consent from participants where required by law in your jurisdiction. You're responsible for the content you upload.

Briefant offers a free trial and paid subscription plans billed monthly. Paid plans include a set amount of processing minutes per month; usage beyond that is billed at the applicable overage rate for your plan, shown on our Pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

You retain ownership of the recordings you upload and the documents Briefant generates from them. We process your content only to provide the service to you — see our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is handled.

Don't use Briefant to process content you don't have rights to, to violate any law, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Briefant is provided on an “as is” basis. We work to keep the service reliable, but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Briefant after a change means you accept the updated terms.
