- Briefant turns your recorded client and meeting calls into structured, client-ready documents. It transcribes the call, captures anything shared on screen, and organizes both into decisions, action items, and reference notes — ready in minutes. Unlike generic meeting-notes tools that hand you a raw transcript summary, every claim in a Briefant document is cited back to the exact moment in the call it came from, so you can hand it straight to a client instead of editing it first.
- What file formats can I upload?
- MP4, MOV, and WebM recordings. Paid plans can also send a notetaker bot to join a live Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or GoTo Meeting call directly.
- How is my data kept private from other organizations?
- Every organization's data is isolated at the database level using PostgreSQL row-level security, not just filtered in application code — one organization's recordings, transcripts, and documents are never visible to another.

- What happens if I go over my plan's included minutes?
- Processing keeps working — it doesn't stop or get rejected. Extra minutes beyond your plan's monthly cap are billed at that plan's overage rate ($0.15/min on Starter, $0.12/min on Pro, $0.10/min on Team) and added as a separate, reviewable invoice, never a silent charge to your card. The Trial plan is the one exception: it's capped at a single 60-minute video with no overage, since it doesn't require a card.
